Tanner originally hails from Chicago, IL, but moved to Denver for school and snowboarding. He picked up pickleball in 2017 and has played on the Pro Tour since 2019, in both singles and doubles. He has a strong drive to help others improve their games and reach their pickleball goals.
Playing professionally and competing with the top players in pickleball, he has a unique insider look at strategies and skills needed to improve. This will be his third year teaching pickleball and excels from the baseline to the NVZ. Take a lesson with Tanner and build your pickleball IQ!

Donnie is a 5.0/Senior Pro pickleball player. He has played Pickleball for five years and travels around the country to compete in tournaments. Donnie has always been a high-level athlete, playing professional and college-level soccer here in Colorado. He has a Bachelor of Science from Regis University.
Donnie has had many years of coaching and is looking forward to sharing his experience with others to help grow the sport of Pickleball. Pickleball is a unique sport as it can reach all ages and levels. Donnie is looking forward to coaching an athlete regardless of their level. From beginner to advanced, there is a plethora of skills and tactics that can be taught. Depending on your needs, an introductory lesson or weekly training, he will tailor a program to get your game where you would like it to be.
Patty Gallegos is a 5.0/Senior Pro Pickleball player, sponsored by Pickleball Rocks and Gearbox. Patty competed at a very high level of soccer locally here at Heritage High school and in College at UNC. She picked up Pickleball about 4 years ago and has grown to love not only the sport, but the community that it brings. It is a sport that is easy to learn, but hard to master. It reaches all ages and skills levels, and gets people active. Patty has a Bachelors of Arts degree in Physical Education and Mathematics, and a Masters degree in Counseling. She has been an educator for the last 30 years. She is willing to work with all levels and genders. Patty and her husband Donnie compete at a high level in the mixed game, and enjoy sharing their knowledge and experience with other mixed players. Also, Patty competes at the Senior Pro level in Women’s doubles.
All our coaches are present and former professional players and highly experienced in coaching all levels and ages.
At PickleballPlayPen we offer private, semi-private, and group pickleball lessons for adults and kids of all ages and levels. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced player, our professional and dedicated coaches can take your game to the next level.
Our courts are always protected from the elements.
Too much ultraviolet radiation (UV) from sunlight could cause damage to your skin. Even on a cloudy day, you can be sunburned by UV radiation.
In the winter, we keep the temperature right around 55°F.
Winter or summer, our lights are always on.
We can open up the sides of the courts so players can feel the breeze and fresh air.
